- 1/2 cup mango, frozen
- 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup coconut water, or filtered water
- 1 juice of a lemon, optional
Instructions
- Place the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend for 2 minutes or until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Serve immediately.
